Cyber Decision Lab provides general information and browser-based preparation and coordination aids. The choices organize self-reported observations; they do not replace an incident investigation or an assessment of an individual legal matter.

General orientation, not legal advice. This tool does not determine applicable laws, reporting duties or deadlines. For a suspected incident affecting an organization, involve the incident lead and qualified legal/privacy advisers promptly. If cyber insurance may apply, use the insurer’s verified contact and policy response process. Do not delay urgent, authorized safety or containment measures while seeking advice.

Results, checkmarks and exports do not establish safety or compliance with legal duties. Technical actions require appropriate authority and must suit the affected system. The service does not provide emergency response, monitoring or an incident-response retainer.
